>>211503007 (OP)Anyone else notice that in the last two iterations of Superman, not including the recent TV series Superman & Lois, they have scenes where Superman is arrested, put in handcuffs and escorted by the US military?!?
So my question is why he would willingly allow this to happen when he doesn't need to and can more or less ignore the people pestering him? Also, in both instances the army sure seems relaxed while provoking an alien with incredible power that could wipe them out almost instantly which indicates that they don’t see him as an immediate threat.
So why don’t they?
It’s because in both movies the US military wants to be seen projecting strength and see Superman’s existence as an existential threat to their domination, making them feel powerless in the face of this and needing to placate their resulting inferiority complex that sits in the back of their minds.
By placing handcuffs on him and escorting him it feeds their egos because in their minds it symbolizes that the military isn’t ineffectual and can bend him to their will thus creating a superiority complex as they now believe they have control over him by showing respect to their authority without the use of direct physical force which would be like trying to stop a tornado by farting in its direction.
Anywho, whatever, won’t be seeing walleyed superfag at the theater because of the way Warner Bros. have treated Johnny Depp and J.K. Rowling, so fuck them up their asses with a spiky Kryptonite dildo until it reaches the back of their throats and chokes them to death!
!!!FACT!!!
