>>211564474On November 14, 2016, Ambrosio was convicted of a downgraded charge of criminal attempted second-degree sexual assault, as well as attempted risk of injury to a minor, enticing a minor in an obscene performance, and third-degree possession of child pornography.[5] As punishment, he was sentenced to ten years in prison, with a suspension after serving two and a half years. Additionally, Ambrosio received a ten-year probation sentence and was required to register as a sex offender for ten years. Following his imprisonment, he was released on January 29, 2018.[5] In 2021, on his podcast Predators I've Caught, Hansen would later admit that he thought Ambrosio's segment should've aired on True Crime Daily, but the network decided against it due to the depressing subject matter. Hansen then claimed that last he heard, Ambrosio was living in a halfway house.
Ambrosio was arrested in late 2024 on a parole violation. His probation officer dropped by his house for an inspection and found alcohol, a cell phone, and, he had an undisclosed laptop and cell phone, which his parole officer was unaware of.
According to Hansen, Ambrosio was arrested a second time for a parole violation in February 2025 in another episode of his Predators I've Caught. According to Hansen, Ambrosio worked at a farm open to the public, including children visiting, and did not inform the probation officer.
Hansen then had a court document describing how Ambrosio lawyered up to try to fight both probation violations; he gave up his right to silence and admitted to violating parole. Vincent then admitted regarding the first charge; he only had the undisclosed electronics to "message" his friends unfiltered. His defense attorney argued he was there in the morning before anyone could come to the farm, and even the workers and owners of the farm defended Ambrosio as witnesses.
As of now, Ambrosio is back in police custody.
