It has its moments but it'd probably have worked better as a shorter webseries. Everything outside of Shane Gillis ribbing with Steve Gerben and Thomas Haden Church is pretty forgettable.

It is actually funny at times but for a comedy show that's mostly improv (I'm guessing) it doesn't have the fast paced energy of something like Reno 911 or Whose Line Is It Anyway that keeps the viewer's attention and some of the more serious moments of the plot (which thankfully are few) just feel forced and needless.
