I personally have a soft spot for the Matrix trilogy and it's aged Ike fine wine compared to current slop but it's a tier below SW and LOTR for consistency.

i love the behind-the-scenes footage where you see the model guys and pyrotechnicians and so on. it very easily could have been a cheap, campy mess, it was tightened up just enough.
