He really was one of the best but he lost all my respect for caving to make that sequel. If he had any sense in him, he would have thrown that script away (which had the character he won an Oscar for be raped and murdered) and not gone ahead with the sequel. He should've asked for full creative control over the douchebag who made The Hangover because his performance turned a dogshit script into something worthwhile.
