I can't decide which is the best Star Wars movie, The Phantom Menace or Revenge of the Sith.

TPM might be the best space adventure movie of all time and works as a standalone movie too, but it's hard to deny that RotS is the best Star Wars movie of all time.

II is a great movie but a bit unrefined, so I'll put IV and VI in-front. I'll put V last, it's good but heavily overrated by the Anti-Lucas crowd.

I'll go with: I > III > VI > IV > II > V
