No, its mostly about how Pepe got away from the goofy little guy who drew him. He could sue Infowars for selling a poster that had what was clearly Pepe on it, but apart from that he couldn't really control free use of Pepe online and the ADL, while acknowledging most uses of it ae innocuous, refused to remove Pepe from a list of hate symbols since he'd been coopted by the groypers

i actually liked it. the animations were good and the creator is an endearing weirdo
