No. Unless if they've already hired the child/early teen actors for young Link & Zelda and are keeping that information secret due to a strict NDA with Nintendo, then it this is assuredly certifies a BoTW adaption. You can't adapt OoT by skipping or removing the entire childhood portion of the story.

Link and Zelda have always been kids or teenagers, the only exception was Tears of The Kingdom. So I'm not surprised we aren't getting an adult Zelda, especially if it's a planned trilogy.
And if they cast someone who's 23, they're probably going to look insanely young for their age.
