Only real gripe I had with the show was they made house out to be such a genius and that his impartial and detached manner of Doctoring and not meeting his patients was part of his process. However LITERALLY 98% of the cases in the show are solved after House personally gets involved, talks directly to the patient, or digs deeper into their history. Making his aloof approach completely retarded.

Also they use the exact same 3 helicopter shots of the hospital for 7 straight seasons. Once you look for it you can never unsee it.
