irl he's the wrestler judge who settles disputes between them but I think that's more a seniority/respect thing . However he is six foot eight legit and a lot of those WWE guys are only over six foot kayfabe so i imagine his sheer size let him regulate to a degree.
Shoot tough guys were often not the ones who looked it, like Mr Wonderful or Harley Race. That fruity Brit Steven Regal apparently has beaten up a few people backstage too.
