I've been a fan for years but this was....meh.
I saw Sam Hyde's standup too and it suffered from the same thing.
What made Tim and Eric's show great was that it was completely alien.
What Sam's comedy + this new episode of Extreme Peace suffer from is it tries so hard to be nu-internet coded.
For people completely unfamiliar with it, it may cause a few laughs, but I didn't laugh once. It feels so forced, it tries way too hard.
at least the current season of fishtank is solid

Only reason I even managed to sit through it was just because it's MDE. First thing from them that isn't Fishtank that I thought was absolute dreck for people who find lolcows funny

yeah I actually feel kind of bad. They put the release off for so long.
Season 1 was pretty solid. Wine party, the breakup, male hookers.
It also had a nice atmosphere. It felt sincere and fit right in with Adult Swim.
I know it's only episode one of the second season but this was not good. I hope it improves

I can't really think of anything off their gumroad I didn't enjoy. Fishtank is the only pure garbage they've made to me, before now at least, but I chalked it up to it being Jet's thing.
This preview honestly didn't even feel like MDE besides the graphic cuts.

does the website allow 4k download??? I can only find a 1080p download on my private tracker. The youtube sample is in 4k and looks better
