Just watched all 9 episodes of Star Wars, and I can confidently say that it is a blatant critique of Capitalism. Especially the prequel.
Yet somehow, there is no shortage of media illiterates saying it is not an economic commentary, and that the author did not intend for the films to be anti-capitalist. Have they not heard about the death of the author?
Anyway, was wondering about your opinions...?
