Has nothing to do with it, browns don't want to see browns. Disney is full of browns who want to see white characters. Even in brown countries, the lightest browns are the upper crust and browns endeavor to be lighter. People prefer lighter skin, whether due to the enduring, ancient low-class poorfag association (labors in the sun all day) or any other reason you prefer, it's how they are.
Browns in media come from execs who receive bonuses from NGOs for including them, and even moreso they come from the identity cultist production teams who've been indoctrinated in school and filtered the impure out of their office. They have a delusional righteousness boner about filling casts with ugly browns and gays, just like (good underdog vs evil authoritarian children's media characters).
Even the ones who aren't full on koolaid-drinkers need to outwardly support it to network and progress in their career climb.

Unpopular Opinion but Pixar movies are still good but their art got weird. Its such a mistake to assume just because you are using some minority characters that you MUST go DoorDashian or weird. It doesn't need to be a official hispanic art style. Also its no shit that every movie they make seems to have Hispanics, they finally use a White girl and suddenly a billion. Because people prefer the art style they use for Whites. Then they go back to the weirdass "Hispanic Art Style" for the next one.

The reason why these dumbass animated movies make so much money is they found a style kids enjoy and milked it in endless sequels. Pixar feels above that but all any kid wants is the Inside Out art style. They could seriously just do that with any other race and make more money.

If they want to try different styles they need to stop making 150 million dollar movies. Like I said though I think besides Lightyear I still enjoy every Pixar movie on some level.
