>>211720851Setting it in 2025 is a huge mistake, and they should have set it in the mid 2000's, and say that the original show was a few years time. Rushing the timeline to the present (don't want to confuse them normies!) just ruins the setting. Hank and Peggy would be like 90+, and are clearly meant to be boomer parents who were already like a decade out of date when the show aired in 1998.
The next worse thing is the rigging, where it's paper dolls moving around. It's very noticeable. We literally can't make anything good again, and tv shows and animations will never have the same budget as in the past.
