I really hope Syd leaves to work for jewchef, and doesn't come back to the Bear in ~2 episodes because she misses the family or something

Also hope for more 1-character episodes. The cousin working at the 3-star restaurant and the latina cook getting fired and needing a new job were some of my favorite episodes of the series
