What boomers don't understand is that no we weren't there and we're never going to appreciate how good these live acts were. If Bruce wanted to be remembered in 100 years, he should have made better studio albums.

Compared to how boomers always jerk themselves off to how great Springsteen was live, his albums seem lackluster in comparison. I listened to Born To Run the other day and it's just mystifying to me that shit was ever popular. Peter Frampton is another guy that I just do not get.
