That exact point is why I dislike Jackie Jr, Matthew Bevilaqua, Sean Gismonte and Dino Zerelli all having the exact same "dumb trigger-happy young associate tries to do a hit and gets whacked' arc. these guys were failed by Chris and the upper members of the gang. they were hardworkers who were up for jobs whenever but they were offered no guidance and underutilized and so they reached what they felt was a dead end and made a foolish move because not one person was willing to throw them a bone.
