philosophy lady handled this well tbqh. the character doesn't come off funny in an Ali G or Brass Eye type way, she just comes across annoying. the jokes are "hers" and it's not about the response or contrast between them.
the philosophy lady just seems indifferent, maybe a bit stuffy/academic, but that's it.
