There aren't any. Women who are lonely are almost exclusively alone because they deserve to be due to some combination of unpleasant, immoral, and or dangerous behaviour, or they're not alone at all, and only feel lonely due entitlement, ingratitude, and a fundamentally juvenile understanding of life and the human condition. The kino telling of this story would cast the woman as a deeply flawed object of scorn, and at best, pity, but ultimately a figure to be disliked, and used as an example of what not to be.

As it stands, lonely women stories are either told:

1) Without specifying the source and cause of the loneliness, simply focusing on the meandering journey of being le sad girl. This mirrors the reality of most women's perspectives, living entirely within their subjective emotional experience, without reference to any cause and effect accountability linking their beliefs, values, and decisions to the outcomes they experience. Life just kind of happens, and because all is personalized to the female, they are the centre and impetus behind the universe, and so life happens to THEM. And they FEEEEL it. With their FEEEELINGS (which are so important and meaningful and deep).

2) With men being the cause of their loneliness, for reasons unflattering to the man/men at best, but par for the course is that the reasons warrant visceral, utter condemnation for which no depth of hate and malice towards men is sufficient. Such latter reasons include: men having feelings; men enjoying sex; men working hard and competently, and reaping commensurate rewards; or men doing things women feel entitled to do like leaving their families, allowing their personal fulfillment to compete with their partners wants and needs, or being in love.

Midsommar was enjoyable enough atmospherically, and did a really good job of portraying just how shamelessly egocentric the female mind is. This woman who is utterly bereft of any reason to sympathize with her, with problems smaller than everyone around her, slogs about it pity for herself and impotent resentment at those who dare to have their own problems or interests. The face value narrative nonetheless casts her as the one we should sympathize most with, even her boyfriend being brutally murdered in a cold-blooded cult ritual (at her command, no less, which is portrayed as right) is seen as flat, background, not that important, compared to her harrowing ordeal of... receiving flowers. But in the end, she got to kill a man who pleased her insufficiently, got attention, and got the illusion of power without the work that comes with the real thing, and she got a pretty hat, and she smiles.

Whether this is where the creators intended us to stop, or if we were supposed to look critically and suspiciously at this as an "unreliable voice" of the production, an exemplar of and commentary on the always-innocent, never-accountable, woe-besotten, egocentric workings of the cotton candy that passes for the female brain, I don't know.
