One of my favorite meals is: 2 cans of beans with sausage and 1 can of corn, mix them all up in a plate and grab 4-5 slices of bread. That shit is so fucking good it's unreal. Naturally, the quality of the cans of beans matters. Also i fart like crazy for 2 days after that, but it's worth it. And i eat that at least once/week. It's cheap as fuck too.

You don't need to fast. It's a complete meme, and not eating will not make you hungry like a beast like in that scene, that's not how appetite works. Just do some heavy work before. I eat like this on deadlift day.
