I enjoy it for what it is, but the older I get, the more I dislike this nihilistic "scumbag western" style that too many people seem to limit themselves to when seeking out westerns.

Even the 2 comedy relief tramps are best buds. Anyway, love The Wild Bunch, favorite Peckinpah movie and one of my all-time favorites.
