How do you guys pay attention to a movie for more than 15 or 20 minutes at a time? I have to pause it, get up, scroll phone, make food, etc

I usually just put it on my second monitor while I'm gaming or watching a stream etc. then I'll read the synopsis and a few "ending explained" discussions and then come on here and start a thread about it.

I close one eye and alternate every 30 min, that way I am technically only paying half attention making it a more tolerable 15 min of attention
