I don't mind leaning into the bioengineering stuff ultimately. Even in the original it's a specific plot point they're not 100% real dinosaurs and them making what people expect to see a dinosaur look like. There being some weird borderline Resident Evil dinos doesn't take me out of it.

JW2 sets up there being illegal dinosaur black markets and literally blows up the island and kills 90% of the dinosaurs. But it's also written by retards who somehow forgot there's more than 1 island or that JP2 and 3 already showed that some of them left the island due to being able to swim or fly.

I dunno, I guess I just wish everyone who was involved in making Jurassic World 2 died screaming in agony I guess.
