I know it's cliche to say but they really bought into the PC stuff in the late 2010s. I've heard they rejected so many good shows and sketch comedies because of that.

What they should do is make a strong presence online and hire some of the indie sketch guys from youtube like "It's Almost Friday" or "That's a bad idea".
