She seemed to have good control of how elastic she was. If anything she'd be pretty resilient in a fight as she can just turn to rubber when getting hit thus minimizing damage.

Whips have been working for long enough, she can rubber her arm, put the force in with her fist, and slap a badguy with a force hard enough to rip through clothing and skin.
Think of it like dick.
When someone slaps you in the face with their boner, its more of a tap.
If someone shakes the limp one at you, its more of a tickle. But if you stand below someone while they helicopter dick, the force can actually hit.
You should know this.
