>somehow, xenomorphs returned
>>211839894 (OP)>colony on LV-426 obliterated>all xeno eggs there destroyed>queen is killed>hmmm, I know, MAGIC EGGS SUDDENLY APPEAR ON THE SULACO!Brilliant! Give this man a bonus!
>>211841633She didn't. She wasn't carrying a thing and never got out of the cargo bay. Those eggs were shown sitting way off in a, upper corner in the cryopod room. But SOMEHOW they got there. Worse than anything JJ came up with.
>>211841633Last time I checked the writers themselves literally don't have an explanation for how that could have happened. In that literally, they somehow returned.
>>211839894 (OP)Way better than Cameron's "somehow aliens are just bugs lol" crap.
>>211841734She popped out some eggs quick somehow
>>211842338That was already a thing in the original Alien, in the deleted scene
>>211841734David put them there.
Didnt you watch Prometheus and covenant?
You clearly arent a fan.
>>211842535I real fan would know that originally it was jonesy who was the creator of the xenomorphs and put it there
>>211842495Two eggs. One impregnates the dog/ox, one impregnates Ripley.
>>211842628Jonesy became CEO of Gateway Station.

>The alien egg making its way onto the Sulaco, causing Ripleyโs infection, is never fully explained. The most common theory is that the Queen secretly stowed away an egg during the final fight in the previous movie. However, itโs not clear exactly how she had the time to do this, or why, or why just one given her multiple arms โ or why didn't Ripley and company notice it before going to cryosleep.. Even the movieโs writers openly admit that they donโt know, either.
>>211839894 (OP)I rewatch Dillon's monologue to the prisoners about fighting that stupid monster maybe once every three weeks.
>>211841553>Give this man a bonus!Considering they're still shitting out shitty movie after shitty movie trying to recapture the magic of the original two, they might just be inclined to do that at some point.
>>211842855>or why just one given her multiple armswhy do you guys think it was just one when two things got impregnated?
>Ripley, maybe we should look around the ship one last time, just in case there are any monsters still aboard.
>>211841553Bishop was programmed to collect a specimen and snuck one on board
>>211843071At this point you're just doing the job of the writers to try and make their cash grab ass pull sequel sound plausible.
>>2118431812/2 They made it , we are ALL going to make it.
>>211839894 (OP)Yeah there is a good reason why Fincher disowns this film.
Imagine never seeing these movies , going thru the roller-coaster of the third act of Aliens. and then boom newt and hicks brown bread, twos of misery and kill Ripley as well. THE END
>>211839894 (OP)The William Gibson book is the only Alien 3 I accept.
>>211843181>>211843213I honestly wouldn't even mind if they all blew up at the end, because realistically there's just no way that the ayy nest and derelict should have remained intact once the marines went in. But of course, cash is king so realism takes a backseat to making more sequels. No story can just end, we gotta have endless xeno bullshittery because it's the age of forever IPs. Next movie, Alien Forever or something. Cover is a facehugger on the galaxy.
>>211843319I made the thread because I just watched the movies for the first time after telling myself I'll never watch them because of how much the facehugger shit disgusts me and how I don't want that burned into my memory, but I did anyway and then saw the third blind. Now I'm just pissed AND exhausted.
>>211843416Nothing was stopping them from saying in the weeks around the outbreak on LV-426, the colonists studied the derelict some more and found a map to another world which they transmitted in secret back to the company before being going dark. After the colony was destroyed, the company sent an expedition to the new location and found more eggs. Ta-da, the series can continue years later, with a different crew, in a different location in a plausible way.
>>211843593It was, retard. The alien made a nest and everything. It was clearly a wasp-inspired insectoid from the very beginning. Where do you think the idea behind the facehugger came from?
>>211843618Well, there you go. Makes the world feel larger and more organic at the same time as opposed to everything arbitrarily fixating around the MCs.
>>211843618that was the plot for Avp2 (the game)
>>211841553Why not go back and re-establish a colony on LV-426 after nuking all traces of ayys??/
>>211844337so it's fine to use then. AvP has always been it's own canon, especially the games. And way better than the shoddy reasoning they actually went with
>>211844660They could, I guess, but that has no bearing on them finding more aliens and starting another horror story. The company has to find them and bring them somewhere (likely future Cyberdystopian Earth).
>>211844076The idea behind the facehugger came from Ron Shusett's nightmare, you should be embarrassed of talking so surely about something you evidently know nothing about.
