any movies like The Sum of All Fears (released in 2002, prior to the invasion of Iraq on fears that they had WMDs) that are definitely not propaganda?

Sum of All Fears is a novel from the early 90s you retard. Also they were muslim terrorists in the book but they changed it to nazis due to 9/11 sensitivity.

the point is too make people afraid of WMDs, regardless of culprit
they knew it would be too on the nose if they kept the antagonist the same, so they switched it to scary nazis to avoid being called racist by jon liebowitz
