I enjoyed every Craig Bond except of course Die Another Day where he dies like a cuck. And even that film had its moments.

But what do I know I think of bond films as tbs bond weekend camp films and then with Die Another Day (which I love fuck you redditors) and after a movie to take a date to.

I don't think he was the problem, but rather the dour self serious unfun scripts and boring ass directors where he's "too old for this shit" by like the second movie.
James bond doesn't need to wear clown shoes, but there should be roomfor a bit of whimsy.
The new bond movies just feel like they're reflexive about bourne and mission impossible movies instead of being willing to do its own thing.

He as actor did the best he could I think. Casino Royal was good and Skyfall not far behind and he played Bond well in them.
It’s just that the other three sucked and not because of him but the crap they had written for it.
I doubt any actor could've make it work as Bond with those scripts.
