The trainers there have 2 hours of training and they'll just put together completely random nonsense workouts where you just throw shit around and try to deadlift while standing on glass while while skipping rope. Just pure idiot retard shit. Huge injury rates but the ones who don't get injured will have better results than most people because they work out to exhaustion and it's very easy to get roids there. In regular gyms people tend to get lazy and will just chill on the machines. There is no chilling in crossfit, you will throw those dumbells and do your kipping pullups until exhaustion.
The only good thing about crossfit is that they encourage hard work though group peer pressure, but the training methods are beyond terrible. You can get better results by having good gym buddies who are competitive and push eachother to their limits.
