They are actually a really good way to get the gist of a movie relatively quickly without having to watch it.
I kinda wanted to watch Cast Away recently but didn't feel like watching the whole thing, so I found a video of some blonde bitch watching it. It was enjoyable to 2nd hand experience the beats of the movie, while also seeing someone react to the movie for the first time.

However there's 2 things wrong with this concept.
a. Have you seen the movie before? If you have, that's fine. But if you haven't even seen the movie then you are seriously damaging what possible enjoyment that you yourself could get out of a first time watch.
b. Are you doing it solely to get a pathetic taste of human contact? If so, you are a loser. Get some friends. This is especially bad if you keep following a specific person's reaction videos.

I'm sick of seeing the same shocked face expression being used as the avatar for every video lately
