What is it about this movie that makes people seethe so much?
Its just a zombie movie and the first two films weren't even that great.
The criticisms I've seen of this are so lazy.

People are acting like this was supposed to have some Friedrich Nietzsche level of complexity. They're just fun zombie movies.
The first film has some interesting shots and the concept of the zombies are interesting but in no way were these ever the greatest films ever made.

I had fun watching all 3 and thats all that matters to me.

As far as I can tell they wanted regular zombie slop instead of the more emotional, deeper movie that it actually was. Give it a bit for people to calm down and this movie will be remembered fondly.

I loved this movie. I thought it was the strongest of the 3. Even better than the first film.
28 days has some emotional moments but 28 years did it so much better on a much larger scale.
