Monty Python was never funny and if any of its fans took off their rose-tinted nostalgia goggles for even a second they'd realize it too.

Bottom is a perfect show, wish there was more. It's one of those stereotypical "5 episodes a season, 3 seasons, then never again" British shows.

Is Monty Python really big in America or something? I am not saying they are disliked (especially back in their heyday) or not known in the UK or anything, but rarely does anyone in the UK actually seem to talk about them.

This was absolutely horrific. There are hardly any jokes, and what little "jokes" there are tend to be horrible and repeated multiple times.

Like the gag where the evil prince guy is getting annoyed by something and does a face for 20 seconds. Happens like three times, is not funny, and is capped off by a loudspeaker gag that was done better and in 2 seconds in Spaceballs.

I don't remember what it's called or what episode it was in but the sketch where I think it was Chapman at a mansion, waiting for an appointment or something and at first he breaks something by accident and it starts escalating from there until the entire place is falling apart.

Funny how these headlines never go with the equally accurate "millions in agreement with celebrity about trannies." It's almost like it isn't news at all rather just tedious left wing propaganda.

The television series is fantastic and the enormous number of skits per episode with a theme basically defines modern comedy television.
