Now the industry is entirely nepo babies, those nepo babies hire their friends, and then diversity quotas are used to keep anyone else out. If you are poor and white there are certain industries that are now literally impossible to enter because all the jews have the white roles and the others are doled out to the richest kids of other reaces.
