Since Letterboxd deleted my account for having "tranny" in the username, my ability to track and watch movies has been significantly affected. All my watchlists and ratings are gone.
>>211953429 tv is too hard to integrate for them probably. no doubt they'd benefit from having millions of more things for people to rate and comment on. they dont even have a public API (while their service takes advantage of other free APIs) so i think theyre retarded
>>211953429 >>211953429 the only good TV shows worth watching nowadays are already on letterboxd, kdramas, because gooks still know how to make shows that actually end in 1 season instead of endless cliffhangers that end in cancellation
>>211949137 (OP) I have a hard time believing any of (you) use Letterboxd. All the users I come across are either tumblr teenagers or xitter pretentious faggots.
>>211954801 the TMDB api is nice because i can use it for looking up a title from a search, rating it, adding a title to a list, its all handled in the background and keeps things perfectly organized. good programming project for someone thats into tracking, get an LLM to help you make some system for yourself.
>>211955017 also something i like about TMDB, and IMDB as well is their keyword features. those are made by people actually going in to their favorite movies and adding the tropes and shit featured in it. that can be fun to do yourself, or a great way to find similar movies.
