it's genuinely insane how much better an actor Dunkaccino is than de niro. you've matured in your film literacy when you realize this.

Pacino up until that Revolutionary War films was probably neck and neck with Brando and Cage as being the greatest actor of all time. Then he decided to do a totally insane husky Kathleen Turner voice for some reason. Where tf did that even come from?

why are they all so small? I would say it was to save on costume material, but why the director?

Nigger he has probably the best filmography of all time as long as you don't count those random b-movies he did for money. Do you think Lynch, De Palma, The Coen Brothers, Michael Bay, John Woo, Schumacher, Herzog, Oliver Stone wanna work with him cause he sucks? Go fuck yourself. Nobody has given more Oscar worthy performances while also being a heart-throb, action star, comedic talent, and voice actor at the same time. You're a pissant. I buy pissants like you for 80 cents a dozen and they throw in another for free.

I was thinking about how shit Cage would be in any of Pacino's early roles versus how passable Pacino would be in most of Cage's roles. But now all I can think about is how much I want to see a Nicolas Cage version of Crusing.

tbf, early Pacino roles were basically made for a short wop, so Cage wouldn't fit in there just by his physical appearance.
Then again, character-wise, I think he could do a good Serpico, and I think would make for a very interesting Michael Corleone.

He was a breath of fresh air upon his first scene in The Irishman and carried the rest of the movie along with Pesci. De Niro was just ok.
