This is almost my favourite Van Damme movie.

Hard Target is not quite pinnacle Woo, but it's up there.

I hated the fact that there wasn't more time travel. Like 80% of the movie is just spent in warehouses in 2004. I get that this was for budgetary reasons but a movie called Timecop should have lots more time travel.
