This was based. I have twice overcome chronic issues doctors told me I needed lifelong medicine for. I got diagnosed with diabetes at 17 because I was obese my entire life growing up because my fat mom feed me nothing but candy, mountain dew, and processed snacks from the time I was born till the time I moved out. Doctors said I would need medicine my entire life. Around this same time I developed back problems because of my bad posture which they also said was chronic and needed pain killers.

In college, my roommate got me into diet and fitness. Today at 33 I am normal weight with no diabetes and no shoulder problems at all. No medications.
