Camelot gave a huge insight as to who Tony’s father was and the revelations give him a new perspective of his crazy ass mother. Not that she gets any credit for it. The point driven home that the other woman was a glory days whore when tony gave her money to pay her back due bills and she treated herself to a pair of expensive shoes.
