There's no specific antagonist on the track. The premise is Javier Bardem is on the brink of losing the team and bringing Brad Pitt back is his attempted at turning things around. So the villain is the guy trying to sell the team. Turns out he intentionally tried to sabotage the team for some kind of deal he was making.
And yes, they win in the end. They race as a team in the end to beat Lewis Hamilton.
