Lifting is great, but if you can’t lift due to lack of equipment , just do some burpees, body weight squats, and some crunches and some running. Keep it simple, keep it consistent, don’t fall for meme exercises or meme diets. If you overcomplicate it you’ll just find excuses to fuck it up. A trainer can be good to build the habit for a few months if you can’t get it down yourself, from there it runs on autopilot mostly, you just feel like total shit when you DON’T work out so you start going to the gym to feel better making the association stronger, but that takes a minimum three months of consistent effort if not longer.
