The creator had a good initial idea. But than focused too much on the love triangle and less on the corporate sci-fi stuff.

Nothing, it was a great show that should just end here at season 2.

They catered to women and gays in season 2. And the show went to shit. Its that simple.

Seriously just jump skip from season 1 finale to season 2 finale and you would not have missed anything of value.

should have kept the focus within the office, trying to slowly worldbuild more and more, instead of pretentious outside world stuff

this
IDGAF about the backstory of outies, it works better if it remains a mystery.

I disagree. Just that outies shifted the focus too much on character interaction in the outer world.
Dylan G and Gretchen? Shifted from existencial dread towards a classic doap opera triangle.

The impression I got was that instead of continuing from the cliffhanger of the first season, they wanted to reset everything and return to the status quo just to drag things out. I pretty much lost all interest at that point.

I watched the first season but have no interest in watching the second. I’m done with television (and film) which means I’m done here.

Very rarely I'm willing to accept any flaws a show may have if the experience is unique enough, this is the case. The season 2 finale sat in my head for a week.

kikes, fundamentally, are dishonest storytellers.
look at how they butchered game of thrones final season.
kikes, ultimately, have no humanity, therefore can't tell human stories.

all style no substance drivel
the writers don't have the skill to tackle the interesting concepts that arise from this setting, so they focus on mediocre character drama instead

That's bullshit though. Chikhai Bardo is the big reveal for the whole mystery box aspect of the show, whilst also establishing why anyone should give a shit about Gemma. It's the most important (and best) episode of the season, even over the finale.

You mean the average director ir writer is so depending on adapting stuff that already exist.
Thats why many writers just write about their life.

This. Just go from S1 finale to S2E7, and then make up your own headcanon for how it ends.

They got renewed for Season 4, so now they had to add lots of filter to the second season, expect the same from S3.
