How come the average brit is funnier than the average American, but british comedians aren’t nearly as funny as American comedians?

The average brit is funnier mostly because of the accent. It's like how black people aren't funny without the exaggerated way they talk. I've lived in england for the better part of 2 years and they are miserable fucks. Certainly not charming like they'd have you believe.
