Jack was unironically reasonable. When Tod did that shit brown meth, he said "meh i see it blue" and didnt go apeshit like Walter did. When Lydia told him to kidnap or theaten Walter for cooking, he told her to fuck off. Once he got enough money he didnt go crazy. He relaxed. He left Walter alive because of Tod, he tolerated Lydia because of Tod, he only kidnapped Jesse as a favor to Walter and because he was a snitch. He was more reasonable than Gus.

Walt had no reason to be as mad at Jack as he was. Walt is the one that brought them out there and there's no world where he could just let Hank walk after they killed a federal agent since Hank saw their faces clear as day. 80 million dollars in illegal drug money isn't going to change that. Especially since Hank would not even entertain the idea of cooperating. How would they even spend that money if the feds are after them? Jack was very generous to leave Walt with millions of dollars and not kill him.
