Nearly all metrics are pointless when it comes to streaming reports. The only thing that could be credible is how many people finished watching the season/10 episodes since that always have a massive drop.
View time seems like it could be easily inflated, I assume that they are filtering out people that watch it multiple times but I heard they also include people hovering over the show on the menu towards view time.
