The problem with the Dutchman autism is that there are people who know all of these characters names that appear only in a few blurry frames but to most it will be pure gibberish.
I'll rate each character.
>Davy Jones
Each of the three main villains in the PotC trilogy are 10/10.Perfect design, Bill Nighy I have no idea how he came up with his quirks.

Didn't do shit but get himself shot and blown away. Maybe he was a cook or something? 5/10
>Broondjongen
His early design was better. He's one of those new guys with a simple design so the animators would have an easier job. He's known for one background gag and for being shot at lot. 3/10
>Clanker
One of the most prominent crewmen but I don't care about him that much. 6/10
>Crash
For being one of the most iconic ones, he really mostly just stands around. But it's cool he's named after one of the best creature designers in Hollywood. 7/10
>Fauntleroy
It's easy to mistake him for someone else. One of the "no close up" gang whose main contrinution was getting stabbed a lot and chasing Jack Sparrow. 2/10
>Finnegan
One of the coolest new designs and actually gets some decent action screentime. 6/10
>Greenbeard
One of my favorites. He's like a cute animal and he's always around. 10/10
>Hadras
A bit dumb and kinda lame. That's the point but still 5/10

This man has basically no gimmick so he's just there to make the team bigger and doesn't do anything. 2/10

4 is basically a long episode of a canned pirates tv show. No setpieces, no cool fights, no ship combat, nothing. The only thing going for it is the inital chase in London and some decent bant between Jack and Barbossa

They were made because they realized they need more characters because the battle would take place on two ships. That's why with one exception only the new guys fight on the Black Pearl.
