I know it's difficult for a tv show, but the adaptation really dropped the ball with Reek and Tyrion's changed looks. Reek is supposed to be practically a skeleton, mostly unrecognizable. Not just Theon but looking sad and afraid all the time. Tyrion is supposed to become monstrous and truly horrifying to look at. He becomes a villain with no nose, terrible scars, and pretty psychotic. He wants to violently kill the people of King's Landing and get brutal revenge on his family. He doesn't remain the happy fun handsome dwarf who drinks and knows things. The looks are integral to the character arcs.
