While there's some obviously highlights like the bald nonce in England and Predator Poachers' Nintendo diaperfag, I feel like generally the amateur online To Catch a Predator clones are never even as good as Hansen vs Predator, let alone the real thing.

Why is this? Is it solely a case of higher production values = better?

It's a shame that Hansen himself is a slimy conman because Hansen vs. Predator was genuinely good. Yeah fine, mainstream television networks weren't going to touch him again after the William Conradt thing but had he played his cards right, it could've been a hugely successful web series.

This guy and his team have the perfect setup. They use that leverage to sit them down and talk to them as if they just want to understand them for an extended amount of time that further fucks the degen pedo scum when it comes time for court, and then call in the police to lock up the subhuman filth while they laugh at them. The best thing is these videos and the chats and actions of the pedophiles get spread around the jails and later prisons ASAP so the sick fucks get dealt with quickly inside and are made to suffer much more efficiently. Knowing how to find where these disgusting subhumans are and being able to send a letter with an offer of $100 in commissary to other inmates if they do what needs to be done is part of the modern marvel that is the internet. It's money well spent.
