>>212144042Do it gracefully and keep a diverse set of friends instead of surrounding yourself with people and media obsessed with youth and trying to bury your wrinkles in botox. Plenty of people look great into their 60s.
>DietGood balanced diet that includes a lot of dark greens, fish and white meat
>ExerciseIt doesn't need to be going to the gym, just do some walking, if you're in a city take a walk around it on your days off, park a little further away or walk down the street and catch the train a few stations down, low intensity calorie burning is much better for your body. You don't need to lift but just a good volunteer activity or job where you move around a lot of heavy stuff or do some moderate gardening is better for your muscles long term than bench presses.
Overall the best way to age gracefully is don't purge or binge, live a life of moderation. Get a good tan, don't get melanoma. Eat good food, and healthy food. Don't drink too much, but don't purge all alcohol.
But you'll never stop aging, you'll either be a hot 60 year old or a 60 year old who looks close to death.
Frankly if your parents age well you're better off too. My mom and dad are in their late-60s and early-70s and are physically active, have relatively good skin and health. Boomers generally have aged better than previous generations because all the hippy new age shit in the 70s.
So put all those things together and eat some Avocados and some Arugula. Take up some low intensity hobbies like day hikes and weeding, keep up with your health and try to balance out stress with a good laugh.
