Furiosa flopped due to unbelievably bad trailers and coming out at least 5 years too late.

Ballerina is an interesting case, because it’s part if a wave of movies nobody cares about. There’s an endless glut of female hitman movies starring (formerly) famous actors, usually with the plot being that the hitman pretends to be a housewife by day. The thing is none of these movies have ever been successful (aside from Atomic Blonde, but that one is somewhat different) and in most cases were never even properly distributed, usually going the way of made-for-money-laundering Steven Seagal films on VOD. Who the fuck is financing this stuff? Who’s the audience? One wealthy fetishist?
Certain actresses specialize in it now too, Kate Beckinsale, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Alba, and Jessica Chastain have done multiple, and Olga Kurylenko has done like a dozen.

The movie didn't flop per se. It cost 90$ and already made $107million, so it's already made past it's budget, the problem is that the first John Wick cost $30 million and made $80 million. The second cost $40 million and made $170 million. The third cost $75 million and made $320 million, and the fourth cost $100 million and made $440 million

I have no idea why Ballerina cost as much as first two John Wick movies. That having said, Ballerina is better movie than Lilo and Stitch, and I think it will earn around $200million
