Are you one of those guys who can't talk about something if you can't see it?
Like you don't know what an apple looks like if you are not looking at an apple? Your head is just empty?

Funnily enough, Millennials have generally aged better in their 30s than most zoomers in their 20s. They're going to look like entombed mummies in a few years at the rate it's going

Some of us can cook (join us at >>>/ck/), we go outdoors on occasion, and can at least break into a light jog if needed. Zoomers are sadly totally mindfucked beyond all belief, video game addiction is like 50% of young men, internet addiction higher still and in both sexes, they eat and drink things that are near 30% sugar by weight every single meal and snack and coffee, I don't know if their medication rates are higher or lower than millenials, but surely their drug use is higher too, etc etc.

It's placebo. Even if someone looks likes they aged bad their age number is the last say in how many years of life they have left and how good they will be. Being 30 and looking like you aged terribly is still better than being 35 and aging really well. There may be social reasons why you prefer the latter, but all this aging pseudoscience nonsense kicked off by Bryan Johnson is just not real. Sean Connery for example looked old in his 30s (probably due to excessive sun exposure) but then lived until his 90s and looked really good for his age as he got older. Peel off the external layers and there's still a young person inside a young person's body and vice versa. Everyone hates aging but it's a fact of life.
